About MTB Strength Journal

The intention of MTB Strength Journal is to raise the bar for strength & conditioning practice within the mountain biking community. There is research out there that describes the physical demands of mountain biking, and what sets riders apart by skill level and discipline. However, there is little research on improving mountain bike performance. This is where I’ll help fill the gaps for you. And, how to apply the findings of other sports to support exercise programing that will meet your needs. Nothing you’ll ever find here is cookie cutter.
